Cancellation Policy
In all cases, a deposit is required to secure your place on a retreat. The deposit amount varies, depending on the retreat. If, for any reason, you then cancel your place, you will lose the value of the deposit paid. The balance for all retreats is due 8 weeks before the start date.
Please also note that:
Cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the retreat = you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.
Cancellation between 22-42 days before the retreat = you will be charged 50% of the retreat price.
Cancellation 43 or more days before the retreat = you will receive a 100% refund, minus your deposit.
